WHAT IS A
Senior Rep Team?
What do I get as a senior rep?
My Senior Rep team is a small group of juniors who will represent my photography during their senior year.
Reps get exclusive discounts, priority booking, and opportunities for extra shoots throughout the year, all while sharing their photos and having fun with it!
A meet and greet party, 3 themed group sessions throughout your senior year, along with a cap and gown/college tee session at the end of the year.

What do I have to do?

You must currently be a high school junior, graduating in 2027
You must agree to book with and exclusively represent Sara McIngvale Photography
You and your parent/guardian must sign a contract granting permission to share your photographs online.
You must have an Instagram, and be willing to promote Sara McIngvale Photography on social media.

You must be willing to participate in group shoots throughout the year within the greater Hartford area (don’t worry, it doesn’t have to be every single one. I know life get’s busy!)

When you get accepted to the program, you automatically will recieve 20% off your personal senior portrait session, along with priority booking for your desired date.
BUT ALSO
Each senior you send my way, you will receive an additional 10% off your session when they book. When they mention you, they’ll also receive 10% off their session. These discounts can stack up, so you have the ability to work your way to a free senior portrait session!
That’s the goal. This is designed to make your senior year feel intentional, memorable, and fun (not feel like extra homework). You share the photos from our group sessions & your senior session, and get rewarded in return!

The program itself is completely free.
The only cost to consider is your personal senior portrait session, along with any outfits you might have to get for the themed group sessions (but I promise, they will be designed to be simple & fun). My aim is that you can style them from outfits you already have!

Share what resonates
Reps are asked to share their photos throughout the year, especially after our first group shoot and after their individual session. There’s a minimum of 3 posts total (not bad right?).
You’re not expected to “sell” anything. Just share your experience with friends, teammates, and classmates who might connect with the vibe. Your voice matters, so simply mention what feels good to you.

We’ll have a group hangout to kick things off, and styled shoots throughout the year. While I hope to see you at all of them, you only need to attend one to receive your 20% discount. I know you live busy lives with school, sports, work, you name it, so we’ll try our best to set dates that work for everyone.
